I'm seeking an experienced real estate paralegal to assist with residential real estate closing transactions in Alberta, Canada on an as-needed basis. Ideally, we will agree on a flat fee per transaction.
Key Tasks:
- Preparing closing documents
- Title search and review
Remote work is acceptable and preferred. General expertise is sufficient; no specific state or municipal laws required.
