I am looking for an experienced professional familiar with U.S. immigration mandamus lawsuits and federal court procedures to review my asylum-based I-485 case and assist with research and document preparation.
Case background:
• I-485 filed on June 12, 2026.
• Biometrics completed in August 2026.
• The application remains pending at the National Benefits Center.
• An expedite request submitted on September 2, 2026 remains pending.
• I have sought congressional assistance, submitted an Ombudsman request, and sent demand letters.
• My circumstances include plans to enlist in the U.S. Navy, financial hardship, and my wife’s pregnancy.
My application has been pending for approximately five months. I would like a realistic review of similar cases, relevant court decisions, and potential challenges associated with filing at this stage.
Requested services:
1. Review my case timeline and supporting documents.
2. Research comparable asylum-based I-485 mandamus cases, including dismissals and successful outcomes.
3. Provide a written research summary with verifiable sources and identify issues that may require review by a licensed attorney.
4. If appropriate, provide a separate quote for assistance preparing a draft complaint and organizing supporting exhibits for attorney review or self-representation.
Please describe your qualifications, relevant experience, and your role in previous mandamus projects. Public case numbers or redacted work samples are welcome. A U.S. attorney license is not required for research and administrative support, but please clearly state whether you are a licensed attorney and the limits of the services you offer.
Please quote a fixed fee for the initial review and your estimated turnaround time. No filing or contact with USCIS is authorized under this project.
Sensitive documents will be shared privately after selecting a suitable professional.
