Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager

Full-Time | Hybrid | Nashville, TN Office
$45,000–$55,000/year, based on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Case Manager with a background in personal injury, healthcare, medical funding, or another medical-legal environment.

You may be a great fit if you’ve worked at a personal injury law firm managing cases or on the healthcare side coordinating PI patients, medical records, treatment, referrals, and documentation.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage active cases from intake through completion
• Coordinate with patients, attorneys, law firms, and medical providers
• Track treatment, appointments, referrals, records, and bills
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and stalled cases
• Maintain accurate case notes and CRM/case-management records
• Keep cases organized and proactively moving forward

We’d especially love to hear from candidates with experience in:
✓ Personal injury case management
✓ LOPs or lien-based medical care
✓ Medical records and billing
✓ Patient scheduling and referrals
✓ Medical funding/healthcare receivables
✓ Working directly with plaintiff law firms
