I’m ready to hand over the weekly payroll cycle and need someone who can jump straight in with Paychex. Your core work will cover processing accurate paychecks, updating and administering employee benefits, and taking care of all federal, state, and local tax withholdings.

Because our head-count is growing fast, I value strong multitasking, solid computer literacy, and an aptitude for AI-driven tools that can streamline repetitive entries or flag anomalies before they become issues. Deliverables each pay period:
• Approved payroll run completed and released on schedule
• Benefits ledger updated with any changes or new enrollments
• Tax filings and reports generated, saved, and backed up to our shared drive
