Experienced Patent Application Specialist

I have a working prototype with detailed sketches and now need to turn those materials into full-blown U.S. patent applications and for India Specifically, I want both a utility patent that protects how the invention works and a design patent that secures how it looks.

What I expect from you
• Draft a complete utility patent specification, claims, abstract, and any required USPTO forms.
• Prepare formal design-patent drawings and the accompanying written description, ready for filing.
• Ensure all documents meet USPTO format rules, use the correct line weights, margins, and reference labels, and are free of common §112 issues.

You should have filed at least 30 patents—or have equivalent, clearly demonstrable experience—so you can guide me around obviousness rejections, prior-art pitfalls, and drawing formalities without hand-holding. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other USPTO-approved drawing tools is important so the final figures can be exported directly into PDF for EFS-Web upload.

Once the drafts are complete, I’ll review, sign off, and handle the actual filing fees; all I need from you is a submission-ready package for both the utility and design applications. If we work well together, future continuations or international filings are likely.
