I’m looking for a hands-on CNC professional who can step straight onto the shop floor and keep production moving. Your sole focus will be day-to-day operation of our CNC equipment as we machine metal components—tool changes, part loading, offsets, quality checks, and safe shutdowns at shift’s end. Programming and maintenance are already covered in-house, so you can concentrate fully on running the machine accurately and consistently.

You should be comfortable jumping between common shop setups (lathe, mill, or router) as jobs rotate, understand G-code well enough to spot issues before they reach the workpiece, and have an eye for tight tolerances on steel and aluminum. If you deliver clean, repeatable parts and keep scrap to a minimum, we’ll get along great.
