Experienced Marketing Lead for Tech Firm

We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Lead with 4–5 years of experience in IT, SaaS, technology, or product marketing for Pheonix Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing and growth strategies for our Aalee AI products.
- Plan and manage B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
- Handle Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Develop product positioning, marketing content, landing pages, and product campaigns.
- Identify target audiences, customer segments, and new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads, product enquiries, and demo requests.
- Track campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, and marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to achieve business growth goals.

Required Experience:
- 4–5 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, software, AI, or technology products.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising, SEO, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
