We are looking for an experienced and hands-on *IT / Full-Stack Product & Systems Developer* who can take ownership of building, implementing, integrating, and managing our company’s digital technology ecosystem.
What You’ll Work On:
*Website Development*: Develop and maintain a responsive, secure, scalable website with lead forms, CRM, analytics, APIs, SEO, and performance optimization.
*CRM Development & Implementation*: Develop/customize CRM solutions using platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Manage lead tracking, sales pipelines, dashboards, reports, and automate sales processes.
*Mobile Application*: Develop and maintain Android/iOS or cross-platform applications, including APIs, databases, authentication, notifications, and integrations.
*HRMS Development*: Develop/customize HRMS solutions covering employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, performance, documentation, and exit processes.
*System Integration & Automation*: Integrate business applications, automate repetitive processes, develop management dashboards, and ensure data security, access control, backups, and system reliability.
Requirements:-
4+ years of relevant IT / Software Development experience
Strong Full-Stack & Web Development skills
Hands-on experience with *CRM implementation/development*
Knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations & cloud technologies
Knowledge of mobile app development
Understanding of HRMS/ERP systems is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to independently manage projects from *requirement gathering → development → implementation → maintenance*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
