I have developed an HRMS product and need an experienced HR professional to test it from a real-world HR perspective.
The objective is not software testing alone. I need someone who can identify missing HR processes, impractical workflows, usability issues and industry-standard HRMS requirements across modules such as Employee Management, Leave, Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance, etc.
Experience with HRMS implementation or UAT is highly preferred.
