Experienced Home Care Ops Manager

I run a Medicaid-funded home care agency and I am ready to hand the day-to-day operations to someone who already knows this world inside out. The most urgent gaps are in billing, EVV and payroll, followed closely by compliance and audit preparation, so your first weeks will be centred on getting those workflows fully under control.

You will be working inside Alora, WellSky and HHAeXchange every day; solid, hands-on fluency with all three is non-negotiable. Experience with Sandata is a welcome bonus because many of our payors rely on it. If you have mastered other clinical or scheduling platforms, feel free to mention them, but Alora, WellSky and HHAeXchange are the core of our tech stack.

Beyond revenue-cycle duties, I will rely on you to keep recruiting pipelines active, make sure every caregiver file is complete and current, and tighten our policy documentation so that state surveys and payer audits run smoothly. In short, you will own the full back-office engine that lets our field staff focus on client care.

Deliverables I expect during the first days:
• Clean month-end billing with zero rejected claims and on-time payroll
• EVV data flowing correctly between the field, Sandata/Alora and payors
• A current compliance dashboard showing audit-ready documentation for every employee and client
• A repeatable recruiting and credentialing workflow documented for new-hire onboarding
