Experienced Handshake AI Fellow Needed for Coaching

Our company is starting to post work opportunities on Handshake to reach students and recent graduates. We’re looking for a freelancer with hands-on experience on Handshake’s employer platform to set up and run our postings.

What you’ll do:

Set up and improve our company’s Handshake employer profile
Write and publish job and project postings, targeting the right schools, majors and graduation years
Request school approvals and manage postings across schools
Screen applicants, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews
Report on results and suggest improvements

Requirements:

Proven experience posting jobs or projects on Handshake as an employer or recruiter
Familiarity with campus recruiting and how school approvals work
Clear written English, organized and responsive
All work done through our company’s own employer account, following Handshake’s employer terms

Nice to have:

Experience working with university career centers
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
