Experienced Graphic Designer Needed for Architectural Master Plans & Floor Plans from CAD Files -- 2

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer / architectural visualisation specialist to create high-quality floor plans and presentation-style architectural layouts for an upcoming real estate development project.

The designer will work from the CAD files, architectural drawings, site plans, and project references we provide. The final output should be clean, modern, visually attractive, and suitable for use in marketing materials, investor presentations, brochures, websites, and sales presentations.

We are looking for a style similar to the attached examples: elegant architectural presentation boards, clean floor plan graphics, and modern real estate presentation layouts.

Project Scope

The project will include 7 different villa types. For each villa type, we will need professional floor plan graphics based on the provided CAD files.

The selected freelancer will be responsible for:

Creating professional floor plan graphics for 7 different villa types
Working from CAD/site plan files and architectural drawings
Enhancing plans with furniture, landscaping, textures, labels, dimensions, shadows, and visual hierarchy
Producing presentation-ready layouts similar to the attached reference images
Preparing files for both digital and print use
Making revisions based on our feedback

Editable source files, such as PSD, AI, INDD, DWG, or similar
Print-ready PDF files
Web-optimised versions if needed

The full project delivery time is 10 days. We expect regular progress updates throughout the project and the ability to collaborate through revisions.
