Experienced Freight Dispatcher Needed

I’m looking for a skilled dispatcher with at least two years on the boards to keep our cargo vans, Sprinter vans, and box trucks rolling profitably. Your main tools will be DAT, Truckstop, and Sylectus, and you should know them well enough to spot money-making loads quickly, negotiate hard with brokers, and avoid unnecessary deadhead.

Day-to-day you will:
• Source and secure high-paying loads, finalize rate confirmations, and open clear lines of communication with both brokers and drivers.
• Plan efficient routes, coordinate every pickup and delivery, and stay in touch with drivers from door-to-door.
• Manage all paperwork—rate cons, BOLs, PODs—and upload tracking updates so brokers never have to chase us.

You’ll be working U.S. business hours, so a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace are must-haves.
