Experienced eBay Specialist Needed – International Visibility & Shipping Policy Audit
We are looking for a highly experienced eBay Seller Hub specialist to diagnose and resolve international visibility and shipping policy issues in our established eBay store.
We currently have over 1,000 active listings, primarily listed on eBay.com.
CURRENT PROBLEMS
1. International Listing Visibility
Our listings are active and visible on eBay.com, but they are not properly appearing or available on international eBay marketplaces, including eBay.de (Germany), eBay.it (Italy), eBay.fr (France), eBay.co.uk (United Kingdom), eBay.es (Spain), and other international eBay marketplaces.
We need an expert to determine whether this is caused by shipping exclusions, business policies, account settings, marketplace restrictions, or differences between international and domestic listing visibility.
2. Shipping and Business Policies
Our existing shipping policies may contain outdated, duplicated, or conflicting settings.
We need all shipping, return, and relevant payment policies reviewed, corrected, and consolidated where appropriate.
International shipping destinations, exclusions, shipping costs, handling times, and estimated delivery times must be checked.
3. Account Settings
Review all relevant Seller Hub settings, including international selling preferences, buyer requirements, country exclusions, business policies, returns, payment settings, account restrictions, warnings, business information, and applicable compliance requirements.
REQUIRED WORK
Perform a complete technical audit of our eBay store and identify the exact reasons our listings are not properly visible internationally.
Explain the difference between international visibility and directly listing products on local eBay marketplaces.
Correct incorrect or outdated account and shipping settings.
Test changes on a small selection of listings before applying approved changes to the entire store.
Verify international visibility and purchasing availability on eBay.de, eBay.it, eBay.fr, and eBay.co.uk.
Recommend the best long term international selling configuration.
DELIVERABLES
A written audit report identifying the root causes.
Corrected and consolidated shipping and business policies.
Screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating international visibility and shipping availability for test listings.
A final checklist of all modified settings.
Clear recommendations for improving international marketplace exposure.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
We are NOT looking for a beginner, virtual assistant, or product listing specialist.
We need an experienced eBay technical expert with proven knowledge of eBay Seller Hub, eBay Business Policies, international eBay marketplaces, international shipping configurations, eBay search visibility, and cross border selling.
Please do not apply unless you have successfully resolved similar international eBay visibility or shipping policy problems before.
In your proposal, please explain what could cause listings to appear on eBay.com but not on eBay.de, how you would investigate this problem, and whether you have fixed similar issues for other eBay sellers.
We are interested in long term cooperation if the project is completed successfully.
