Experienced Developer for Revio Platform Enhancement

I’m the founder of Revio, a platform designed to help salon owners run and grow their businesses. Much of the platform has already been built using Manus. I’m now looking for an experienced developer to take over the existing work, improve the user experience and help bring the business to launch.

This is an existing product with a clear vision. I need someone who can understand what has been built, identify what needs improving and take responsibility for delivering a polished, reliable platform.

The immediate priority

Complete and refine Revio’s AI Social Media Strategist so it feels simple, intuitive and valuable to a busy salon owner.

This includes:

• Reviewing the existing functionality and identifying bugs, gaps and confusing steps.
• Improving the journey from entering salon information to generating, reviewing and using content.
• Ensuring the Brand Brain consistently uses each salon’s identity, audience, services and objectives.
• Making the screens, navigation, instructions and outputs feel consistent and professional.
• Testing complete user journeys and handling errors properly.

Technical ownership

Alongside completing the product, I need you to:

• Audit the existing code, database, integrations and hosting arrangements.
• Recommend a practical, cost-conscious independent tech stack.
• Plan and deliver the move away from Manus, explaining what can be retained and what genuinely needs rebuilding.
• Review how the platform connects with GoHighLevel and other services.
• Put appropriate security, backups, monitoring and documentation in place.
• Ensure code, accounts, infrastructure and credentials remain under my business’s ownership.
• Leave the product maintainable so another developer can understand and support it.

How I want to work

I’m an experienced salon owner with a clear understanding of the customer and high expectations for the finished product.

I need a proactive technical partner who:

• Notices and fixes details without needing every issue pointed out.
• Can challenge an idea constructively and suggest a simpler solution.
• Explains technical decisions in plain English.
• Is comfortable with screen-sharing calls and feedback through voice notes.
• Provides frequent progress updates and working demonstrations.
• Tests their work before presenting it as complete.
• Communicates blockers early and delivers against agreed milestones.

Speed matters, but so do usability, accuracy and reliability. Please give realistic delivery estimates after reviewing the existing product.

Relevant experience

Please demonstrate experience with:

• Taking over and improving an existing SaaS application.
• Full-stack development and third-party API integrations.
• AI-powered workflows and reliable use of business context.
• Product design and user-experience improvements.
• Deployment, databases, authentication and secure account access.

Experience with Manus-built applications, migrations and GoHighLevel would be particularly useful. Please state your direct experience with each.

Initial engagement

We will begin with a paid audit and a small, clearly scoped paid trial.

The audit should produce a prioritised list of issues, a proposed technical approach and a milestone plan with estimated costs and timings.

The trial will involve improving one agreed user journey in the Social Media Strategist, demonstrating your coding quality, design judgement, communication and attention to detail.

Successful completion can lead to the wider project and an ongoing technical role.
