Description

We are looking for an experienced Co-Listing Agent / Short-Term Rental Specialist to provide freelance support for short-term rental properties.

We are particularly interested in someone who has hands-on experience with vacation rentals and understands the importance of listing quality, guest communication, organization, and reliable property operations.

Responsibilities

The selected freelancer may assist with:

Reviewing and improving property listings.

Organizing property information.

Improving guest-facing content.

Preparing guest communication templates.

Supporting guest communication when assigned.

Organizing check-in and check-out information.

Coordinating property-related information.

Researching comparable properties and market information.

Helping identify operational issues.

Maintaining clear notes and task status.

Communicating important issues promptly.

Providing regular project updates.
