Hiring: Civil Engineer / Architect

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Architect to work with us on a freelance basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

Civil Engineer:

- Visit project sites and assess requirements.
- Prepare project estimates and quotations.
- Calculate material requirements and project costs.
- Check current market prices of construction materials.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site work and project progress.

Architect:

- Understand client requirements and preferences.
- Prepare architectural designs and plans according to client requirements.
- Suggest suitable designs based on site conditions and budget.
- Modify designs based on client feedback.
- Coordinate with the Civil Engineer and site team.

Experience & Requirements

- Preferred experience: 8–15 years.
- Looking for freelance professionals.
- Strong knowledge of construction, estimation, materials, and site work.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Advantage: Previous experience working with MNC companies.

Bangalore

Salary / Payment

Payment will be based on experience, project requirements, and site visits.

Travel Allowance

Travel allowance will be provided for official site visits.
