Experienced Architectural Technician/CAD Designer Required

Architectural Technician Needed – Amend PDF Plan + Produce Wall, Floor & Roof Details

Description:
I am looking for an experienced architectural technician or CAD designer to assist with updates and technical detailing for a small building project.

Scope of Work:

Modify an existing PDF floor plan to reflect a revised external footprint.

Adjust the layout to the new overall building size (dimensions will be provided).

Produce technical construction details for Building Control, including:

Wall build-up detail (showing insulation, layers, materials, thicknesses).

Floor detail (insulation, DPM, screed, structural layers).

Roof detail (insulation, ventilation, structural layers).

All details must be suitable for UK Building Regulations submission.

Final drawings should be delivered in PDF + source file (DWG, DXF, or similar).

Additional Work Available:
I have more projects that will require full Building Regulations drawings, so there is potential for ongoing work after this initial task.

Requirements:

Strong experience with UK Building Regulations drawings.

Ability to work from an existing PDF and produce accurate technical detailing.

Quick turnaround preferred.

Budget:
Flexible — I have credit available on Freelancer and will award based on experience and quality.
