I need someone who has actually worked on Expedia’s Partner Support AND Finance Support teams and can jump in without hand-holding. You should be fully comfortable with the internal toolset, escalation paths, and the tone expected when talking to hotel partners.
DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE WORKING OR WORKED AT EXPEDIA. NOT INTERESTED.
ONLY BID IF YOU ARE WORKING OR WORKED AT EXPEDIA.
Here’s what I’d like to hand over:
Partner Support
• Account management – keep assigned lodging accounts healthy by monitoring performance dashboards, pushing updates I supply, and flagging risks early.
• Technical troubleshooting – track down connectivity or availability errors, open accurate internal tickets, and follow them through to resolution.
• Training & onboarding – give new partners short, practical walk-throughs (or quick Loom videos) so they can self-serve the basics from day one.
Finance Support
• Expense reporting – prepare and reconcile reports that follow Expedia’s internal coding.
• Invoice processing – match incoming invoices to bookings, fix discrepancies, and close the month with everything balanced.
We’ll work in Google Sheets, Slack, and the standard Expedia consoles; turnaround is two business days for routine tasks, same-day when tagged urgent. At the end of each week I expect an updated tracker and a brief summary of resolved issues so nothing slips.
When you reply, tell me which Expedia systems you used most (Voyager, EPS, Finance Hub, etc.) and roughly how many tickets or invoices you handled per week. If you can handle the mix of partner questions and finance follow-ups, we’ll get started right away.
