Exhibitor Conference Banner Design

I need a striking, print-ready banner that showcases our brand at an upcoming exhibitor conference. The goal is pure brand promotion, so the layout must be bold, memorable, and consistent with our existing visual identity (logo, colors, and fonts will be supplied).

The banner will hang in a physical venue, similar to a trade-show environment, so readability from a distance is critical. Please factor in large-format best practices—high-resolution imagery, vector graphics where possible, and CMYK colour mode. Need to highlight our CEO photo, provided services, etc.

Deliverables
• Final artwork sized for the printer’s spec- Will be 8ft wide x 7.5 ft tall
• Source file (SVG, PNG or PDF) plus outlined-font PDF for direct submission to the print house
• A quick mock-up on a conference backdrop so I can visualise the final look
