I already have draft artwork for five exhibition-stand panels; what I need now is a production-ready PDF that the printer can drop straight into their RIP without extra prep.
Panel specs
• 971 mm wide × 2434 mm high
• 10 mm trim on all sides
• No crop or registration marks
• One multi-page PDF (each panel on its own page, in order)
Where your skills come in
Some of the backgrounds are low-res AI textures and the body copy still looks “machine written”. I’d like you to:
• Recreate those patterns/textures in crisp, print-safe resolution.
• Keep the existing design language but smooth out the wording so it reads naturally while preserving hierarchy and layout.
• Drop in my supplied assets—the logo (PNG/PDF/JPG) on panel two and the QR code SVG with brand story on panel five—without loss of quality.
I’m happy with the current font choices; just finesse tracking, leading and weight so everything looks intentionally designed.
Deliverable
A single high-resolution, press-ready PDF, CMYK, matching the dimensions and trim above, no printer marks, ready within a rapid turnaround window.

*** I've uploaded the render of our stall which shows the layout of the exact furniture we are using, the pdf and png version of our logo which needs to go in panel 2 (do not change the style of the logo but can improve the colour to make it look more gold looking to match the gold in the stall), the QR code to be used on panel 5. Given the stall is quite tall, I'd like the logo to sit higher than it is in the exhibition wall system render, and text in panel 5 to be just slightly sitting higher than the logo in panel 3. For panel 3 logo, it should be big enough to almost cover the width of the panel so can be seen from far away. We really like the dark emerald textured look of the stall render if it is possible to do this***
