I’m preparing for an upcoming trade show and I need a graphic designer who can take complete creative ownership of our booth visuals. We don’t have an established exhibition look yet, so you’ll be responsible for designing the overall concept, defining the visual language, selecting imagery, and shaping the copy that introduces who we are and what we do. The tone must be modern and professional—refined enough for a B2B audience yet distinctive enough to stand out on a busy show floor.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A large-format backdrop that becomes the focal point of the booth.
• Two matching standees that echo the backdrop’s style, reinforcing our key statements.
• A bi-fold (two-panel) leaflet visitors can take away, summarising our story and core offerings.

You’ll deliver press-ready PDFs plus the editable source files (Adobe Illustrator or InDesign preferred) so we can update details later if needed. I’ll supply a short brief on our company, basic brand colours, and any mandatory logos; everything else—layout, supporting graphics, iconography, and concise copy—comes from your creative direction.

Please outline your process for initial concepting, number of revision rounds, and expected turnaround time. If you have relevant booth or large-format print work in your portfolio, include it so I can gauge fit quickly.

The hob is urgent needs to be done by tomorrow evening with backdrop needed by noon.
