On-site Exhibition Assistant – EICMA Motorcycle Show (Milan, Italy)
# Job Overview
We are **Jiaxing Nanxiong Polymer Co., Ltd.** (Ethan), professional manufacturer of **aramid / HPPE cut-resistant & abrasion-resistant functional fabrics**, specially supplying materials for motorcycle protective gear, safety gloves and rider wear.
We need a local freelance staff to support us on-site during EICMA 2026 Milan exhibition, to collect valid B2B buyer contacts for our motorcycle protective fabric business.
# Working Time & Location
- Exhibition: **EICMA 2026, Milan Rho-Fiera, Italy**
- Working date: **Nov 3 – Nov 4, 2026 (Trade Professional Days Only)**
- Location: Fiera Milano Rho Exhibition Center
# Job Responsibilities (Core Work)
1. Walk around motorcycle gear, protective apparel, safety glove booths.
2. Approach **brand owners, buyers, purchasing managers, product developers** politely.
3. Short business introduction (fixed script we provide).
4. **Exchange business cards** — hand out our company card and collect visitors’ business cards.
5. Make simple notes for each contact (company type, product focus, cooperation intention).
6. Take daily on-site working photos + photo archive of all collected cards as work proof.
# Strict Rule
**NO random flyer spamming, NO blind card distribution.**
Only exchange cards after short polite conversation, fully follow exhibition venue rules.
# Requirements
1. Local Italian freelancer, living in Milan or nearby.
2. Fluent in **English & Italian**.
3. Have exhibition / B2B reception experience is preferred.
4. Outgoing, polite, good business communication sense.
5. Serious about work, guarantee effective valid customer collection.
# Deliverables (Must provide every day)
1. Clear photos of all collected business cards.
2. Simple contact list with company info & demand notes.
3. On-site working pictures for verification.
# Payment Method
