We are seeking a sharp, highly autonomous, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, client acquisition, and file preparation. This is not a task-taker role; we need a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs, utilizes AI tools effectively, and maintains absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
Key Responsibilities
• Calendar & Communication: Manage email correspondence, coordinate schedules, and book client meetings professionally.
• Lead Generation & Research: Prospect online to identify potential business and mortgage clients, driving lead generation efforts.
• File Preparation & Precision: Assist with basic loan underwriting reviews, organize application files, and fill out complex financial forms with zero tolerance for errors.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Set up and manage LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, leveraging AI tools to research trends and create engaging, professional posts.
• Autonomous Problem Solving: Independently troubleshoot day-to-day operational roadblocks using AI and independent research before escalating to management.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
• Experience: Background working in a bank, loan underwriting, sales, or accounting. Familiarity with financial documents and lending processes is a strong advantage.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Tech & AI Savvy: Comfortable using modern AI platforms for content creation, research, and workflow enhancement.
