The likelihood of resolution is high once a capable representative consistently approaches them in person and follows up with disciplined, principled communication.
​Initial engagement will begin with telephonic coordination, but physical presence and meetings in Mumbai are central to this assignment. Candidates must be comfortable traveling to and within Mumbai as needed. Fluent verbal and written proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory; conversational proficiency in Gujarati will be considered a distinct added advantage. While a formal legal qualification or enrollment as an advocate is not strictly mandatory, candidates with a background in law, paralegal work, dispute resolution, executive liaison, or corporate representation will have an edge. You must be able to understand fundamental principles of natural justice, appeal thoughtfully to institutional integrity, and handle high-level interactions without losing composure. Complete case facts, documentary evidence, and procedural background will be shared during thorough onboarding under strict confidentiality.

Every interaction—whether a phone call, written message, or in-person meeting—must be meticulously recorded, including the full names, designations, and responses of the individuals met. All interaction logs, audio records, and documentation must be uploaded to a secure cloud folder either in real time or at the close of each day for my continuous review.
