From 16–18 September 2026 I will be running a three-day, in-person programme in Washington, DC aimed at strengthening the financial foresight and leadership capacity of senior managers and executives. I need an accomplished freelance trainer who can design and deliver sessions that blend advanced financial-planning concepts with practical leadership development, always keeping the focus on knowledge enhancement rather than exam preparation.

The audience is experienced decision-makers, so every module has to feel strategic and immediately applicable. Expect lively board-level discussions, case studies drawn from real pension and corporate finance scenarios, and leadership exercises that help participants translate insight into action back at the office.

Key things I will look for from you:
• A concise curriculum covering the three days, showing how financial-planning content and leadership modules interlock, we will provide the outline as a guide.
• Professionally branded slide deck, participant workbook and any post-course reading.
• Interactive elements—Excel-based models, small-group tasks or live polling (PowerPoint, Excel, Mentimeter, or similar tools are fine).
• A post-event summary highlighting main takeaways and suggested next steps for the cohort.

I’ll provide the venue, AV kit and on-site support; you bring the expertise, energy and materials. If you have a pedigree in executive education, pensions or corporate finance and can keep a room of seasoned managers fully engaged for three days, let’s talk.
