I'm looking for an experienced ghostwriter to craft a non-fiction book on managing cybersecurity at company/board/executive level. The book is aimed at educating board members and executives and changing the mindset. The mail goal is to create a narrative that supports a mindset, create an engagement and convey the information in a non-technical way. I have deep knowledge on the topic and what I want to achieve, so you don't have to be an expert.
I expect that we agree on a fair price for both of us.
Please do not contact me if you cannot if you are unable to deliver what I need.
We agree on a project scope and the amount of work up front and we agree on deliverables and milestones and I pay per received deliverable after I have approved the quality and content.

Key Requirements:
- Create an engaging narrative that focuses on changing the way board level executives think about their work with cybersecurity.
- Tone should be simple and straightforward, writing like human-to-human.
- No technical jargon or technical concepts.
- Creating an engagement and a great narrative so that reader finds the book interesting even if the topic is dry and by its nature not very exciting.
- It doesn't have to be star-covered, shiny unicorns flying around the galaxy though.
- You are a native English speaker
- The delivery is ready to be published and all proofreading is done before the delivery.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven ghostwriting experience, in non-fiction area.
- Ability to write in an accessible, engaging manner and explain difficult topic in a simple, non-technical and engaging way.
- Basic understanding how companies work is highly appreciated.
