This fully remote role helps scale search execution by improving coordination, documentation quality, and communication cadence across consultants, candidates, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain meeting cadence and ensure decisions and next steps are documented
Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and travel coordination (as needed)
Coordinate candidate and client interviews with discretion and precision
Own inbox triage and stakeholder communication to protect executive focus time
Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and follow-up notes with clear action tracking
Maintain confidential records, contracts, and correspondence in shared systems
Support process improvements for scheduling, document control, and executive workflows
Requirements
5+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally in consulting, professional services, or recruitment
Advanced calendar management and executive-level coordination capability
Proficiency with office productivity tools and executive document formatting standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
