ABOUT THE ROLE
Omni Auto Glass LLC, a family-owned auto glass repair and replacement business based in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our ownership and our growing Philippines-based team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role based in the Philippines.
The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the owner, to Philippines-based staff, and to other US-based team members traveling to or working from the Philippines. The role serves as a critical bridge between our US and Philippine operations and includes coordination with Philippine business and government entities on behalf of the ownership.
This is a permanent, ongoing contractor engagement for the right candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative and operational support to the owner, Philippines-based staff, and other team members traveling to or working from the Philippines
Manage calendars, correspondence, and scheduling for supported individuals
Coordinate internal communications between US and Philippines-based team members
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as requested
Perform accurate data entry into company systems, including Zoho CRM and related platforms
Serve as liaison with Philippine business and government entities (banks, BIR, local government offices, service providers, etc.) on behalf of the ownership
Support day-to-day business operations and ad-hoc projects
Handle confidential business information with appropriate discretion and professionalism
Provide additional operational support as directed by the owner
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Education
Two (2) or more years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or comparable support role
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
Language
Fluent English, both written and verbal (required)
Fluent Filipino/Tagalog, both written and verbal (required, for liaison work with Philippine entities)
Technical Skills
Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Comfortable with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
Familiarity with the Zoho suite (CRM, Cliq, and related tools) preferred; training will be provided as needed
Comfortable learning new business software and adapting to updated workflows
Personal Attributes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
Proactive, clear, and reliable communication
Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential business information

Ability to work during Philippine business hours with regular overlap into US Central Time morning hours
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Fully remote from the Philippines — no relocation required
Primary working hours align with Philippine business hours, with regular overlap into US Central Time morning hours (roughly until mid-morning US time) for coordination with US-based staff
Engagement is on an independent contractor basis
Contractor is responsible for their own Philippine tax reporting and compliance

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation is paid on a bi-weekly basis via direct transfer to the contractor's Philippine bank account
Baseline compensation for this role begins at USD 350.00 bi-weekly (approximately USD 700.00 monthly), commensurate with experience
Approved paid time off for scheduled personal or family leave, with employer approval
Flexible working arrangement within agreed core hours
