The Executive Assistant L3 will provide comprehensive administrative support to the client’s Executive team, ensuring efficient management of communications, schedules, and travel arrangements. Responsibilities include managing emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with project management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
What does a day in the life of an Executive Assistant look like?
Manage and prioritize emails and phone calls, ensuring that important messages are relayed on time.
Arrange and schedule meetings, record minutes as needed
Prepare reports and presentations to help facilitate informed decision-making
Support the Executive team with day-to-day administrative tasks including preparing business documents and month-end reports
Scheduling and booking flights and hotels for the executive
Project-management
Perform other duties as assigned
What are the required qualifications of an Executive Assistant?
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for C-Suite or higher role
Excellent organizational, planning skills and communication skills (written and oral)
Experience with calendar management, booking of hotel and flights
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite
Can handle confidential information
