Excel to EHR Patient Data

I have several spreadsheets containing patient information that now needs to live inside our Electronic Health Record system. The files are well-structured, but the columns do not line up one-to-one with the fields in the EHR, so a bit of thoughtful mapping is required. Your job is to pull each row from Excel, match it to the correct patient or create a new record when necessary, and populate every field with absolute accuracy.

The volume is moderate—roughly a few thousand rows—and the data includes demographic details, visit notes, and some treatment-related codes. Speed matters, but precision and confidentiality matter more: everything must meet HIPAA standards, so you’ll be working in a password-protected environment that logs every change.

Deliverables I need from you:
• All records entered and saved in the EHR, fully validated with no missing fields.
• A brief import log noting any anomalies you had to correct or flag.
• Confirmation that you have deleted the local copies once the transfer is complete.
