Excel Text Format Cleanup

I have an Excel workbook that contains several thousand rows of raw data. The core issue is inconsistent text formatting—capitalisation varies, extra spaces appear, and some entries include stray symbols that break downstream look-ups and reports. Your job is to correct those text fields so every cell follows the same, clearly documented pattern.

What I will provide

What I expect back
• The same workbook returned with all text fields cleaned and validated—no broken formulas, no hidden characters, no mismatched encodings
• A brief change log or summary sheet explaining the main fixes you applied so I can audit the work quickly
