Excel Tables to Word

I have several Excel sheets that I need transferred into a single Word document. Your task is to copy each table across, but instead of pasting with the default Excel look, rebuild the information in Word using its clean, simple table style.

Please make sure every table sits neatly on the page and, immediately below it, insert a short note or description (I will provide the text; use a placeholder if you prefer while you work).

Deliverable: one polished .docx file containing all tables, styled consistently and ready for me to review.
