Excel Survey Data Entry

I have between 100 and 500 rows of raw survey results that need to be keyed into a structured Excel sheet. Accuracy matters — each numeric response must go into the correct column, follow my existing header format, and preserve leading zeros where applicable. The file you return should be clean, free of duplicates, and ready for simple pivot-table analysis.

If you have handled similar survey datasets before, please include a brief sample or screen-grab from past work so I can see your attention to detail. I will share the template and field notes once we agree to proceed, and I am happy to answer questions about any ambiguous entries along the way.
