Excel Sales Pivot Dashboard

I’m working with a single .xlsx file that holds all of my raw sales transactions and I need it turned into an insightful workbook in just three days. The core of the job is to build robust pivot tables that summarise performance by product, by month, and—importantly—by region, with the spotlight on India. Because I don’t have any existing templates, you’re free to design the layout, colour scheme, and overall flow of the dashboard from scratch.

The visuals should rely primarily on bar charts so that trends and comparisons are instantly clear. Please add slicer or timeline filters so I can toggle months, products, and regions without touching the underlying data. I also need a concise monthly summary sheet that pulls key KPIs straight from the pivots.

• Dynamic pivot tables for Product, Month, and Region (India)
• Bar-chart driven dashboard with interactive filters
• Separate monthly summary report sheet
• Final Excel workbook with formulas and pivots fully intact (no hard-coded numbers)

Everything must remain inside Excel—no external add-ins—so I can maintain and refresh the file myself as new data arrives.
