Excel Sales & Inventory Tracker

I have a working Excel file for our “Water Cooler 127” line that is starting to get unwieldy as orders grow. I need you to rebuild or refine it so every sale is captured cleanly and the numbers remain accurate at a glance.

Here’s what absolutely must be in the sheet:

• Customer name, full contact information, and an automatically updated purchase history tied to each client.
• Product name, current selling price, and real-time stock quantity for every model we carry.

I’d like the layout to stay intuitive for frontline staff, with drop-downs or look-ups where that will cut down data-entry errors. Simple dashboards or conditional-format alerts for low inventory would be a welcome bonus, but core functionality and rock-solid formulas come first.

Hand-off deliverable: the finished, unlocked Excel workbook ready for immediate use, plus a short note explaining any macros or key formulas so I can maintain the sheet going forward.
