I need a seasoned Excel analyst to perform a clear-cut descriptive analysis on my sales data, with an unwavering focus on sales growth. The raw figures are already exported; what I’m missing is a well-structured workbook that tells the full story—overall trends, month-to-month and year-over-year changes, and any standout spikes or dips that deserve attention.

Please build the analysis directly in Microsoft Excel using familiar, auditable techniques such as PivotTables, dynamic formulas, slicers, and visually intuitive charts. I expect each calculation to be transparent so I can trace the logic later; no opaque add-ins or VBA macros are required.

Deliverables
• A single Excel file with separate, clearly named sheets for raw data, cleaned data, calculations, and interactive dashboards
• At least three growth views (e.g., time-series, regional breakdown, product line) backed by formulas I can refresh when new data arrives
• Concise commentary inside the workbook (cell notes or a sheet) that explains what each metric represents and how to read the visuals

Acceptance criteria: every formula must recalculate correctly when I paste fresh data, all charts update automatically, and the workbook opens error-free on Excel 2019 or later.
