Excel Sales Data & Summaries

I key in each new sales invoice by hand and need an Excel workbook that makes the effort worthwhile. After I enter (or paste) the basic invoice fields—date, customer, product/service, quantity, unit price, taxes, etc.—I want the file to instantly produce three clear snapshots of performance:

• Monthly total revenue
• Revenue by customer
• Revenue by product or service

A clean data-entry sheet with safeguards against common typing mistakes is important, because everything will be entered manually. From there, formulas, PivotTables, or a lightweight dashboard—whatever you think is most reliable—should update automatically so I can filter dates and drill down without touching the structure again.

Please deliver a finished .xlsx file that is ready for me to start inputting invoices, with clear instructions on where to type and how to refresh or expand the summaries if my product list or customer base grows.
