Excel Sales Data Reporting

I have a collection of raw sales figures that need to be transformed into meaningful insights. The focus is squarely on analysis and reporting—not simple data entry—so I’ll rely on your strong Microsoft Excel skills, from advanced formulas and PivotTables to charts and, if helpful, Power Query or simple macros.

Here’s what I’m aiming to see in the final workbook:

• Sales performance broken down by region, visualised clearly so out-performing and under-performing areas stand out at a glance.
• Month-by-month sales trends that reveal seasonality and growth patterns.
• Product-level performance analysis, highlighting best-sellers, slow movers and any anomalies worth further investigation.

Clean formatting matters: dynamic ranges, slicers, and clearly labeled tabs will make the file easy to refresh with new data later on. Please document any calculated fields or assumptions directly in the sheet so the logic is transparent.
