Excel Sales Data Reformat & Percentages

I’m supplying a raw Excel file that lists recent sales, and I need it cleaned up so the information is easy to read and work with. The task has two parts:

• First, re-arrange or tidy the sheet wherever it’s messy—uniform column headers, clear number formats, and a logical flow that makes future filtering or pivoting straightforward.

• Second, build in the one basic calculation I do require: percentage-change formulas that compare figures across the relevant periods already in the data. These should auto-fill down the sheet so updated numbers recalculate instantly.

Keep everything in a single workbook, no external links, and please label any new columns you add. Once finished, I should be able to hand the file to a colleague who can grasp the structure immediately and trust the percentage calculations are correct.
