Excel Sales Data Formatting Cleanup

I have an Excel workbook containing sales data that I need to plug straight into my reporting dashboards, but the file is full of formatting inconsistencies. Your job is to go through every sheet and standardise two things:

• Dates – everything must follow a single, clearly documented format across the entire file (e.g. YYYY-MM-DD).
• Currency values – all monetary figures need to display as the same currency symbol, use consistent thousand-separator rules, and carry two decimal places.

There are no duplicate-removal or missing-value exercises this time; the sole focus is on making the file presentation-ready. I’ll supply the spreadsheet and my preferred final styles. Once you’re done I want the cleaned .xlsx plus a short changelog so I can see exactly what was adjusted.
