Excel Sales Analysis & PDF Extraction

I have a collection of sales reports saved as PDFs that must be converted into a clean Excel workbook and then explored through descriptive statistics. Once the figures sit neatly in rows and columns, I’ll need formulas that calculate totals, averages, growth rates, and other summary metrics so the data feels instantly readable.

After the extraction, I expect:
• One consolidated Excel file with every sales record accurately captured from the PDFs, properly typed (dates, currency, percentages) and free of OCR mistakes.
• A separate analysis sheet that runs the descriptive statistics: mean, median, min-max, standard deviation, plus a quick-glance pivot table and chart for each key measure.
• All formulas left visible (no locked cells) so I can follow or expand on your work later.

Accuracy in the extraction and clarity in the summary statistics are the twin acceptance criteria for sign-off.
