Excel Quotation Automation Tool

I keep all of my customer information in one Excel file that is starting to sprawl across several worksheets. What I want is a single-entry workflow: I type a customer’s name or code once and the file instantly pulls the relevant details from the various sheets, then produces a clean, printable quotation (and, later, an invoice version) with no extra copy-and-paste steps.

The solution can be built with VBA, Power Query, dynamic arrays—whatever is most robust—but it has to meet three essentials:
• Pull linked customer data from multiple sheets in the same workbook.
• Populate a quotation template automatically, ready for PDF or direct print.
• Leave me with a user-friendly front end so anyone on the team can generate quotations without touching the underlying formulas or code.

Please deliver the automated workbook and a brief set of usage notes so I can maintain or extend it in the future. Accuracy and speed are the priorities; visual polish is a bonus.
