Excel Production & Supply Tracker

I need a single Excel file that lets me log day-to-day activity and then automatically rolls everything up into clear monthly summaries. The workbook must track both production and supplies, so I can see at a glance what we made, what we consumed, and what is still on hand.

For every production entry I have to record the date, product name, quantity made, the worker’s name, and any notes. On the supply side I want similar ease of use: fields for date, material description, units used, units received (if any), and an automatic calculation of stock remaining.

I am comfortable working inside Excel, so the finished file should rely on formulas, tables, pivot charts, or a light VBA touch—whatever you feel is the most reliable way to give me:

• A simple daily input sheet for production
• A mirrored sheet for supply movements
• Automatic monthly summaries that pull totals, variances, and remaining inventory

Please keep the layout clean, label everything clearly, and make sure I can expand product or material lists without breaking the calculations. A brief set of usage notes inside the file is all the documentation I’ll need.
