I have a collection of printed forms that capture only numeric information—things like ID numbers, quantities, totals, and dates. I need every figure transferred accurately into a clean Excel workbook so I can run calculations and reports without touching the paper originals again.

Here is what matters to me:
• Absolute accuracy. The numbers on each form must match what lands in the spreadsheet.
• Consistent structure. Each form translates to one row in Excel, with the same column order across the entire file.
• Quick turnaround, but never at the expense of correctness.

Deliverables
