I’m coordinating several parallel projects and need a single, easy-to-maintain timeline that shows every task, its owner and all task-to-task dependencies. The entire schedule must live in Microsoft Excel so I can share it freely inside the company without additional software.

I’ll supply the raw task lists, dates and responsible people; you transform that into a master worksheet that rolls up each project while still letting me drill down to individual tasks. Dependencies should automatically shift dates when predecessors move, and colour-coding by owner or project will make the chart instantly readable. Wherever practical, please rely on formulas and simple conditional formatting rather than heavy macros so the file remains lightweight and future-proof.

Deliverables
• One Excel workbook containing
 – A consolidated Gantt view spanning all projects
 – Separate detail sheets (or filtered views) where I can focus on each project individually
 – Clear visual indicators of task status, owners and dependencies
• A short “How-to” tab explaining any formulas, named ranges or update steps

Acceptance criteria: the Gantt adjusts correctly when I change a predecessor’s date, no broken links or #REF errors appear, and the file opens cleanly in current desktop versions of Excel without security warnings.

If this sounds like something you’ve done before, let’s get started—I’m ready to send the task lists right away.
