Excel Mixed Data Entry

I have a collection of research records already sitting in a single Excel workbook. Each row combines numbers and text—participant IDs, dates, measurement values, short comments, etc.—but the columns are inconsistent and several sheets need to be merged into one clean, well-structured master file. Your job is to pull every line of data from the source spreadsheets, validate it against the headings I provide, and place it back into a new, tidy Excel file that keeps the mixed content intact.

For this to work smoothly, I will share:
• The original workbook containing all raw sheets
• A template showing the exact column order and data types I need

What I expect back:
• A consolidated Excel file with every record entered accurately under the correct headers
• No broken formulas, hidden characters, or mismatched formats (numbers should remain numeric, text remains text)
• Basic quality check completed—duplicate rows highlighted and any outliers flagged in a separate tab so I can review them quickly

Please be comfortable working in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, using filters, data validation, and simple functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, TEXT functions) to guarantee accuracy. If you spot gaps or ambiguous values, add a short comment in the cell so nothing slips through the cracks.

Turnaround is flexible but I’d like steady progress updates. Let me know how soon you can begin and roughly how many rows you can process per day, and we’ll line up milestones from there.
