Excel IF/SUMIF & PDF Export

I’ve put together several product-information workbooks in Excel and now need two things finished. First, add or refine the conditional formulas—mainly IF and SUMIF—so totals, flags, and subtotals update automatically no matter how many products I append. The logic has to stay transparent so I can tweak thresholds later, and every reference must stay within the sheet (no hard-coded ranges that break when data grows).

Once the calculations are solid, convert each completed worksheet to a clean, print-ready PDF. I’d like the PDFs to keep the same column order, hide gridlines, fit to A4, and stay under a reasonable file size for email sharing.

Deliverables:
• Updated Excel files with working IF/SUMIF logic
• One matching PDF for each finished sheet
