Excel IF/SUMIF CSV Setup

I have a live spreadsheet that has to be cleaned, have smart logic added, and be ready to share today. The job breaks down into three fast-moving parts:

1. Data organisation – tidy the existing rows, ensure consistent headers, remove blank or duplicate lines, and generally get the file into a solid table structure that works well in Excel 365.
2. IF and SUMIF formulas – build the conditional logic I’ll specify (e.g. flagging records that meet multiple criteria and rolling subtotals by category). Every formula must calculate correctly across the full data set.
3. Exports – once the numbers check out, create two outputs:
• a flat .csv file that carries all final values (no broken references)
• a clean, print-ready PDF report of the same data, sized to A4 with my logo area left open at the top.

I need the first draft back ASAP so I can verify totals; quick turnaround is critical. Accuracy of the formulas and a professional-looking PDF will be the acceptance criteria before sign-off.
