Excel IF Formula Optimization

I have a data-heavy workbook that relies on several IF statements to drive the analysis, but a few of them are getting unwieldy and returning inconsistent results. I’d like a fresh set of eyes to review my current logic, streamline it where possible, and make sure each formula scales as new rows are added.
